- Is Jeo free?
- Yes — completely. No paywalls, no premium tier, no signup wall. The catalog is open and stays open.
- Why do some games show "Maintenance"?
- Our scanner checks every game daily. If a game stops loading (broken asset, expired CDN), it goes into Maintenance while we repair it. The recovery engine searches the open web for working copies and swaps them in atomically.
- Can I request a game?
- Yes — the request form is linked from the top bar and the play screen. Most requests get added within a week if we can find a clean source.
- Will my saves carry across devices?
- If you create an account, yes — your encrypted profile blob can be exported as a .jeo file, copied to another device, or (opt-in) synced through our Cloudflare Worker without us ever seeing the plaintext.
- Is Jeo legal?
- Jeo hosts games whose authors have made them freely available, or browser-friendly preservation copies under fair-use precedents like the ones that protect the Internet Archive. We respond promptly to DMCA notices. See /legal/dmca.
- How do I install Jeo as an app?
- Visit Jeo in a modern browser. You should see an "Install" prompt — accept it. The app installs as a standalone PWA with offline support for the catalog and recently played games.
- Do you track me?
- We use analytics to understand what works and what doesn't. You can opt out fully in Settings → Privacy & Data. No tracking is required to play.
